Ever wondered what happened to that guy you see at the bar weekly trying to pick up a new girl each week? Well this might just be the song to answer that for you. 

Paige Rutledge is a Canadian Country artist. Hailing from Oakville Canada, Rutledge is making her splash in the country music industry.
Dive Bar Romeo is a song about that one guy at the bar looking for his forever girl to no luck. Rutledge put a question to her fans on Instagram when the song came out of what a dive bar Romeo to them is and in part 3 she says a answer that she calls a Dive Bar Romeo to a T 'a guy in a three piece suite buying whiskey or beer and when a pretty girl walks up he offers to pay' (fun fact I submitted this) 

With lyrics such as he's just a dive bar Romeo he hasn't met his Juliet taking a spin on Shakespeare’s play of Romeo and Juliet as well as he'll be onto the next portraying that feeling of picking up a new girl each week. 

Lyrics such as this ain't my first rodeo he's nothing but a dive bar Romeo not only show that Rutledge knows the signs first hand but also rhyme which is a brilliant way for the song to become a ear worm ans get stuck as it is so catchy. 

The tune is as equally as catchy with its upbeat sound.
