Jack And Jill Daniels Emily-Anne Roberts

Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water...or did they? Find out with this amazing song.

Emily-Ann is a country artist hailing from small beginnings ok Knoxville stages. Having become runner up on The Voice with Blake Shelton even before she graduated high school.

As stated on her Website 'Adding to her impressive list of accomplishments, Emily Ann was a member of the CMT Next Women of Country class of 2024, a Nashville Briefing 2025 Artist to Watch, and is a featured artist in Walt Disney World’s Country Bear Musical Jamboree attraction, performing “Try Everything” from “Zootopia” as Trixie St. Claire.'

In this song, Roberts tells a tale of a alternate version of the children's nursery rhyme Jack and Jill, making it about Jack and Jill's troublesome relationship including infidelity. Changing the original lyrics from 'Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water' to 'Jack went up the hill to build a still of whiskey, to drink away the pain of his heartbreak history' portrays this relationship with its troubles and infidelity. Jill cheats on Jack and thus he creates the Tennesse Whiskey Jack Daniels from his heartbreak she caused him. This is shown brilliantly through the lyrics 'Sometimes a broken heart can be a curse and a blessing
So raise a toast to Jill for that old number 7' number 7 of course being the number of said drink

Her husband Chris posts about her on his socials regularly.  As well as their joint account.
